Frontend Solution Architect - SDE II

About the role

Eka.care is looking for a seasoned Frontend Solution Architect to define and implement the front‑end architecture of its AI‑driven healthcare products. You will lead the design of real‑time audio/streaming interfaces, offline‑first experiences, and embeddable SDKs while ensuring performance, security, and scalability for doctors using the platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the frontend architecture across multiple products, deciding on module boundaries, micro‑frontend strategy, design system, and state management.
• Build real‑time AI‑native UIs handling audio capture, WebSocket/SSE streaming, and progressive LLM output rendering.
• Engineer resilient offline‑first flows using Service Workers, IndexedDB, and background sync to protect user work on flaky connections.
• Optimize performance end‑to‑end: Core Web Vitals, bundle strategy, code‑splitting, Web Workers, and memory profiling.
• Develop secure embeddable widgets and SDKs with iframe/Shadow DOM isolation, CSP, CORS, and token handling.
• Raise engineering standards by writing architecture docs, reviewing critical PRs, setting up observability, and mentoring the frontend team.

Eligibility

• 4+ years of experience building complex web applications, with at least 2 years leading frontend architecture.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React, including concurrent features, Suspense, and server‑client rendering.
• Strong knowledge of browser internals, event loop, rendering pipeline, V8 memory management, and security models.
• Hands‑on experience with advanced Web APIs: Web Workers, Service Workers, IndexedDB, WebSocket, Web Audio/MediaRecorder.
• Proficiency with modern bundlers and CI/CD pipelines (Vite, Webpack, Rspack, monorepos, module federation).
• Proven track record of delivering fast, stable large‑scale applications with measurable performance improvements.
