About the role

The IT Test Automation Apprentice position at Eaton in Pune offers a hands‑on apprenticeship where you will assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts, execute performance tests, and collaborate with CI/CD pipelines using industry‑standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing automated test scripts for various applications.
• Maintain and run performance testing scripts to ensure system stability.
• Utilize tools such as Panaya, Tosca, LoadRunner Cloud, ServiceNow and integrate them within CI/CD workflows.

Eligibility

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with ticketing and workflow tools like Jira, Panaya or ServiceNow.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems such as SAP and their integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Skills

• Test automation concepts and scripting.
• Experience with Panaya, Tosca, LoadRunner Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking.
• Awareness of SAP ERP environments.
