About the role

Duck Creek Technologies is seeking early‑career engineers to join its AI engineering team in Bengaluru. You will work on building and evaluating LLM‑based systems, creating evaluation harnesses, designing knowledge‑graph models, and developing end‑to‑end GenAI pipelines in Python.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain LLM evaluation frameworks, including golden datasets and metrics such as precision, recall and F1.
  • Design knowledge‑graph structures, implement graph queries and similarity searches using embeddings.
  • Build end‑to‑end generative AI pipelines (prompting, RAG, structured output) in Python.
  • Write clean, well‑tested code and collaborate with senior engineers on design reviews.
  • Document solutions and adhere to Duck Creek’s mission, vision and core values.
