Associate - Operations

About the role

DHL is hiring an Associate for its Vikhroli, Maharashtra hub. The role is centered on operational service delivery, handling documentation, shipment details, invoice processing, data validation and providing global customer support. Fresh graduates with up to three years of experience, especially from BPO or logistics backgrounds, will receive comprehensive training to meet service‑level targets.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow station‑specific documentation and SOP requirements.
• Process files, invoices, costing and registration entries accurately.
• Validate and enrich data to ensure completeness and consistency.
• Provide timely support to internal and external customers across regions.
• Meet departmental SLAs and KPIs while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, report challenges and maintain smooth information flow.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.E/B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, etc.).
• 0–3 years of work experience; BPO or logistics exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Logical reasoning ability and keen attention to detail.
• Customer‑centric mindset; ERP exposure preferred.
