Operations Analyst

About the role

Deutsche Bank is hiring an Operations Analyst for its Jaipur office. The role focuses on reviewing voice logs between relationship managers and clients to verify trade details, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with internal standards. Candidates will support daily production, quality checks, and escalation of exceptions while gaining exposure to banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Review voice logs between relationship managers and clients to confirm trade details are discussed and agreed.
• Document agreed trade information in English using product‑specific templates.
• Identify missing, inconsistent or unclear trade details and raise exceptions to stakeholders within SLA.
• Complete daily production tasks, meet cut‑off times and maintain quality standards.
• Perform quality checks, prepare control reports and assist in tracking open items and follow‑ups.
• Act as backup for peers, share best practices and support continuous improvement.

Eligibility

• University graduate holding a bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Good command of business English.
