About the role

Deutsche Bank is hiring a Loans Enablement Group Analyst for its Mumbai office. Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial performance of leveraged companies and structured credit transactions to deepen credit knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for credit performance and enterprise‑value valuation.
  • Prepare detailed quarterly and annual credit memoranda, highlighting strengths, challenges, and covenant compliance.
  • Update and disseminate quarterly financial results, tracking ongoing credit analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends affecting the portfolio and assess future adherence to credit agreements.
  • Collaborate regularly with Credit Risk Management and Origination teams to maintain a proactive client view.
  • Support internal and regulatory audits, ad‑hoc amendment requests, and special projects.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong quantitative, numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of corporate finance concepts such as EV, DCF and WACC.
  • Excellent communication skills, high self‑motivation and professional maturity.
  • Demonstrated interest in finance and willingness to learn.
