About the role

Deloitte is hiring fresh graduates for its Talent Acquisition team as Trainees. The role involves sourcing candidates, managing hiring pipelines, communicating with applicants, and supporting recruitment analytics for various business units, primarily based out of Delhi.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
• Maintain and leverage existing talent pipelines to meet hiring targets.
• Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to ensure a positive experience.
• Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions and interview questionnaires.
• Participate in candidate fitment assessments based on internal parity and business needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and drive hiring outcomes.

Eligibility

• Graduates from any discipline (freshers).
• No prior work experience required.
