Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Tata Cliq is offering a 4–6 month full‑time Talent Acquisition Internship in Mumbai. The role provides hands‑on exposure to the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication and onboarding. It is ideal for BBA/MBA or HR‑related students eager to build a career in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen resumes from job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process and respond to queries promptly.
• Create and post job advertisements on job boards and social media.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System and recruitment databases.
• Conduct market and competitor research on hiring trends.
• Assist with new‑hire paperwork and pre‑boarding activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and performance metrics.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or completed BBA, MBA or a related Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor.
• Basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
