About the role

Deloitte USI is looking for an Associate Senior Assistant to join its Product Strategy & Management team within Audit & Assurance in Hyderabad. The role focuses on analysing product‑support tickets, uncovering recurring issues, and driving improvements that enhance customer experience and product quality.

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end product support issues, coordinating resolution, documentation and tracking.
Investigate complex tickets beyond first‑level support and propose short‑term work‑arounds.
Analyse ticket trends to surface root causes and recommend long‑term product or process enhancements.
Partner with Customer Success and product teams to translate customer pain points into actionable insights.
Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of requirements.
Research and drive process‑improvement initiatives, supporting policy and knowledge‑base updates.

Eligibility

2–3 years of relevant experience in product analysis, customer success, or technology support.
Graduates with B.Com, M.Com, MBA, B.Tech (IT/Computer Science), B.Sc (IT/Computer Science) or M.Tech (IT/Computer Science).
