Software Engineer - Data

DeepIntent is hiring a Software Engineer - Data to establish a formal data practice for the organization, build and operate scalable data architectures, and create pipelines for the self-service introduction and usage of new data.

About the role

The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines supporting ML and data science teams, establishing standardized DataOps processes, and building self-service ingestion frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting ML and data science teams.
• Establish standardized DataOps processes to automate validation, deployment, and pipeline monitoring.
• Build self-service ingestion frameworks that streamline the utilization of clinical and advertising datasets.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science / Information Technology) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of professional hands-on experience building pipelines for large-scale datasets.

Skills

• High proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, a JVM-based language, or Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with Apache projects (Spark, Airflow, Druid, Beam) and analytic warehouses (BigQuery, Clickhouse).
