About the role

Cognizant GenC is the single biggest fresher hiring program in Indian IT this year. The company plans to hire around 25,000 graduates in its FY26–27 campus cycle across three tracks: GenC, GenC Next and GenC Elevate.

Responsibilities

• Work on IT service roles
• Participate in aptitude, basic programming and communication assessments

Eligibility

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech and 3-yr degrees (BCA, BSc, BCom, BBA…)
• 2025 passouts and 2026 graduating students
• Typically 60%/6.0 CGPA with no active backlogs at onboarding
