Junior Software Developer

About the role

CoffeeWeb Technologies is looking for a Junior Software Developer to work on designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services and responsive applications.

Responsibilities

• Software Development: Assist in the comprehensive designing, coding, and testing of software applications.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, optimized, and heavily documented code under the mentorship of senior engineers.
• Debugging: Actively troubleshoot, analyze, and debug complex issues within existing software applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and product managers to understand technical requirements and deliver timely solutions.
• Maintenance: Support routine software maintenance, system upgrades, and platform updates as needed.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field (B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc).
• Strong foundational knowledge in programming languages such as Java, React JS, Flutter, DotNet, or C++.
• Basic understanding and practical exposure to fundamental web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database architectures (SQL/NoSQL) and a strong grasp of data structures.

Skills

• Excellent logical thinking, sharp problem-solving capabilities, and strong communication skills.
• Prior internship or academic project experience in software development, alongside an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
