Curriculum Developer Intern (AI & Coding)

About the role

Codingal is looking for a motivated Curriculum Developer Intern to help design and improve AI and coding courses for K‑12 learners. You will create lesson plans, quizzes, coding activities and teacher guides, turning complex concepts into clear, age‑appropriate learning modules while working onsite at HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Revise and enhance lesson plans, code examples, quizzes, assignments and classroom activities for AI and coding subjects.
• Break down advanced AI and programming topics into simple, age‑appropriate instructions.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure materials are easy to teach and understand.
• Identify common student challenges such as debugging errors and conceptual gaps, and update content accordingly.
• Develop new learning modules on generative AI, machine learning, NLP and computer vision.
• Create practical student projects using tools like ChatGPT, Hugging Face and scikit‑learn.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong foundation in Python programming.
• Basic knowledge of data‑science fundamentals and AI concepts.
• Excellent written communication and ability to explain technical ideas clearly.
• Attention to detail for reviewing code examples and instructional material.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles is preferred.
