About the role

CloudRaft, a cloud‑native consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and operate mission‑critical infrastructure for its high‑growth partners. The role is fully remote and focuses on reliability, performance, security, and automation across Kubernetes and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters on OpenShift, EKS, AKS, and GKE.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD or GitLab CI/CD.
Create observability stacks with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry and related tools.
Provide 24×7 on‑call support, troubleshoot production incidents and optimise system performance.
Implement SRE practices such as SLIs and SLOs and automate tasks with Go, Python and Terraform.
Explore AI‑driven automation, GPU infrastructure and contribute to open‑source projects.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SRE, platform engineering or DevOps.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in Python, Go or Node.js and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools.
Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
