Responsibilities

Provide hands‑on technical guidance, ensuring best practices in architecture and design.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Drive development of new features, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to align goals and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and champion clean, maintainable code.
Stay current with trends in collaborative editing, cloud infrastructure, and web development, applying innovations to the product.
Maintain stability and performance of the Docs platform, addressing technical debt and optimizing architecture.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams.
Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
