About the role

The Cisco Virtual Internship 2026 is a joint initiative by Cisco and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) under the Government of India’s digital skilling agenda.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Completion: Successfully finish all designated technical modules on the Cisco Networking Academy platform.
• Credentialing: Attain and present digital badges as verified proof of course mastery.
• Industry Sessions: Attend exclusive sessions and webinars led by Cisco subject matter experts.
• Applied Learning: Solve real-world problem statements under the mentorship of qualified instructors.
• Final Project: Develop and submit a comprehensive final project at the end of the program.

Eligibility

• Academic Year: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year students only.
• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc / MCA / M.Sc / M.Tech / M.E or Diploma in Engineering.
• Specialisation: Open to all streams – students from any branch can apply if they have foundational interest in technical infrastructure.
