Software Development Engineer – 3 (Frontend)

About the role

Locus.sh is seeking a senior frontend engineer to design and deliver high‑performance, scalable user interfaces for its enterprise logistics platform. You will own end‑to‑end frontend architecture, build real‑time dashboards, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create reliable experiences for global customers.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable frontend systems for Locus’s logistics platform.
• Develop high‑quality React applications with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
• Optimize complex enterprise workflows handling large data sets and real‑time updates.
• Drive frontend architecture decisions and ensure long‑term code health.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, QA and DevOps teams.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

Skills

• React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Design and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
• Performance optimization for large‑scale, real‑time dashboards.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, design, backend and QA teams.
