About the role

Capgemini is hiring Associate Software Engineers to work in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications.

Responsibilities

• Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications.
• Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.
• Collaborates and acts as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Candidates with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree are eligible to work at Pune locations.
• 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and graduation (BE/BTech/MCA/MSc) is required.
• No active backlogs are allowed and candidates must be from the 2024 or 2025 passing batch.

Skills

• Foundational understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
• Coding ability in Java, Python, or C++ is tested.
