About the role

Join Bosch Global Software Technologies as a Technical Operations & Service Reliability Engineer in Telangana, India. You will work with the Global L4 Smart Mobility Operations team to investigate complex customer‑reported issues, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, and drive improvements in service reliability for connected vehicle services.

Responsibilities

Lead technical investigations for incidents affecting customers and service performance.
Analyze logs, monitoring data, and backend behavior to identify root causes.
Coordinate engineering, product, infrastructure, and vendor teams during incident resolution.
Manage incident, problem, event, and escalation processes following ITIL practices.
Document findings, work‑arounds, and lessons learned in Jira and Confluence.
Identify recurring patterns and propose automation or dashboarding improvements.

Eligibility

5‑7 years of experience in technical operations, production or application support, or service reliability engineering.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience interacting directly with customers and product teams.
Good understanding of ITIL‑based incident and problem management.

Skills

Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for documentation and workflow.
Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as Splunk, Kibana, New Relic, Grafana, Power BI, or Tableau.
