About the role

Born West is hiring an Entry Level Software Developer (Remote) for fresh graduates in India. The Born West Off Campus Drive 2026 is a great opportunity for freshers to work as a full-stack developer on real products from Day 1, using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React in a remote-first, high-ownership team.

Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Build and ship features across the product using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React.
• Clean Code: Write clean, readable, and well-tested code.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback.
• Collaboration: Work with the product and design team to translate requirements into working software.
• Debugging: Debug and fix issues, owning problems end-to-end.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of professional software development experience.
• Fundamentals: Strong understanding of programming fundamentals – data structures and algorithms.
