About the role

MHTECHIN is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join as Software Developers. The position is full‑time, entry‑level and offers hybrid/on‑site work in India. Candidates will get hands‑on experience building scalable applications while receiving structured training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and maintain software applications.
Write clean, efficient and well‑documented code.
Collaborate with UI/UX, QA and product teams.
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
Debug and resolve application issues.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies.

Eligibility

Graduation year 2023, 2024 or 2025 (batches 2023‑2026 accepted).
Degree: BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, BCA or MCA or equivalent.
Strong foundation in programming concepts.
Good problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.

Skills

Programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, C/C++.
Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.
Backend basics: PHP, Node.js, Java, Python.
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Version control: Git/GitHub.
Understanding of SDLC and OOP concepts.
