Frontend Technical Lead

About the role

BetWarrior is seeking a Frontend Technical Lead to design and oversee the core Next.js and Capacitor based frontend infrastructure that powers its multi‑brand real‑money gaming platform across Latin America. The role is hybrid, based in Buenos Aires, and requires deep expertise in modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the scalable frontend foundation using React, Next.js and Capacitor.
• Lead implementation across multiple gaming brands, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering best practices and code quality.
• Drive continuous improvement of the development workflow and CI/CD pipelines.

Eligibility

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Proven leadership experience in a lead or architect role.
• Strong command of React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript and Capacitor.
• Experience building real‑money gaming or high‑traffic consumer applications.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
