About the role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of customer platforms. The role is fully remote, supports global operations with night‑shift hours, and requires solid experience with monitoring, scripting, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve log and metrics monitoring using ELK and TICK stacks.
Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, or Ruby for operational tasks.
Manage infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Configure and troubleshoot services with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve incidents and improve system reliability.

Eligibility

Minimum three years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Skills

Proficiency with Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Telegraf, and InfluxDB.
Hands‑on scripting in Python, Bash, or Ruby.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, and ServiceNow.
