About the role

AutoRABIT is seeking a senior‑level Salesforce Platform Engineer to design realistic development and release scenarios, validate product behavior, and help improve reliability of its DevSecOps suite. The position is a six‑month contract based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model (three days on‑site).

Responsibilities

Create and document realistic Salesforce development, configuration, and deployment scenarios.
Define clear acceptance criteria and validate product outcomes across metadata, code, security, and integrations.
Investigate and reproduce complex failures across multiple orgs, sandboxes, and API versions.
Build reusable technical assets to prevent regressions and improve coverage.
Analyze dependencies, deployment sequencing, and environment drift.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize platform gaps and track Salesforce releases.

Eligibility

5–8 years of hands‑on Salesforce development or platform engineering experience.
Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Skills

Proficient in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and asynchronous processing.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce metadata, deployment behavior, profiles, permission sets and security model.
Experience with Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, Tooling API and Apex testing.
Solid Git workflow skills including branching, pull requests and merge‑conflict resolution.
Ability to explain technical decisions with evidence and precision.
