About the role

AutoRABIT is seeking a senior engineer to design, implement and support end‑to‑end DevOps solutions for enterprise Salesforce customers. The role involves building CI/CD pipelines, ensuring code quality, managing backups and guiding clients through secure release processes while working in a hybrid setup from Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using AutoRABIT ARM or comparable tools.
Configure static code analysis and security checks with CodeScan, SonarQube or similar.
Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, merge processes and automated deployments.
Assist customers with governance, compliance, backup and recovery using AutoRABIT Guard and Vault.
Conduct workshops, UAT sessions and produce implementation documentation.
Collaborate with product, engineering and support teams to troubleshoot issues.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD or related administration/development.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata deployment and release management.
Hands‑on experience with Git‑based version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure Repos).
Familiarity with static code analysis tools such as CodeScan, SonarQube, Checkmarx.
Experience with backup solutions like AutoRABIT Vault or OwnBackup.
Understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure SDLC.
