About the role

Associative is inviting applications for the AI Developer position at its office in Pune. This is a fantastic 100% full-time, in-office opportunity for freshers to work on innovative digital realities, build intelligent systems, and collaborate on cutting-edge generative AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement intelligent algorithms using the Python ecosystem (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and Java libraries (Deeplearning4j).
• Design and build advanced chatbots and content generation tools leveraging modern frameworks like LangChain, Ollama, and Keras.
• Implement image recognition and analysis capabilities using OpenCV and process complex custom 3D datasets.
• Actively contribute to NexusReal, exploring real-time LLM communication, NeRFs, and Interactive AI Avatars.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI methodologies and integrate them into scalable digital realities.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate with a strong foundational understanding of programming and technology.
• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi is required for effective team collaboration.
• Candidates must have their own personal laptop for work.
• Must be prepared to work 100% on-site at the Pune office (Khandve Complex, Lohegaon) from Monday through Saturday (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
