Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, and testing of web or mobile applications, writing clean and efficient code while following engineering best practices.
Work with client partners and internal teams to understand requirements, support project planning, and ensure smooth delivery of technology solutions.
Help manage operational workflows, coordinate between teams, and support the smooth functioning of delivery pipelines across projects.
Apply creative thinking to solve challenges, experiment with new approaches, and contribute ideas that push projects and products beyond existing boundaries.
Work in close-knit teams, participate in stand-ups and planning sessions, and build strong working relationships with colleagues across functions.

Eligibility

Any graduate from the 2025 or 2026 batch — including B.E./B.Tech, BCA, BBA, BSc, B.Com, BA, M.Tech, and MCA graduates — with 0–1 year of experience and a passion for technology, business, or operations.
Basic programming knowledge, logical thinking, and a passion for technology for tech roles.
Good analytical and communication skills are preferred for business/ops roles.
