About the role

Agilon Health is hiring fresh graduates for an Associate Software Engineer position in Gurgaon. The role focuses on building and maintaining data models, ELT pipelines, and dashboards while collaborating with Agile teams.

Responsibilities

Design and optimise core database schemas and data models.
Develop ELT pipelines using dbt on Snowflake.
Orchestrate data workflows with Apache Airflow.
Write clean SQL queries for large‑scale data processing.
Implement data‑quality checks and unit tests.
Create dashboards in Sigma for business and clinical users.

Eligibility

Graduates of 2023, 2024 or 2025 batches.
B.Tech/B.E. (any specialization, CSE preferred), BCA or MCA.
0‑2 years of experience as a data engineer, software developer or through internships.

Skills

Strong SQL knowledge and experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Snowflake and data‑modelling concepts.
Hands‑on experience with dbt and Apache Airflow.
Ability to build visualisations in Sigma, Tableau or Power BI.
Programming experience in Java or Python.
Understanding of REST APIs and ETL/ELT design patterns.
