Front End Engineer, Marketing

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Front End Engineer for its Brand Web team to create and maintain interactive marketing pages, data visualisations, and internal tooling across anth​ropic.com and claude.com. The role blends design sensibility with strong engineering practice, emphasizing rapid prototyping, design‑system implementation, and collaboration with designers, engineers, and content teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own design‑system components and page templates that power interactive experiences and data visualisations.
• Work within a headless CMS to improve content modelling, structured‑data workflows, and publishing processes.
• Partner closely with designers to turn static mock‑ups into responsive, production‑ready web pages.
• Build internal tools that streamline content authoring, management, and large‑scale publishing.
• Participate in site migrations and architecture projects, handling defined scopes under senior guidance.
• Iterate quickly from concept to prototype, contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience building modern front‑end applications.
• Proficiency with React‑based frameworks, especially Next.js, and strong CSS skills for complex layouts and animations.
• Hands‑on experience with headless CMS platforms and content‑modeling workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to create internal tools that improve team productivity.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with designers and engineers.
