About the role

Amazon is looking for a Digital Associate to join its Ring Data Engineering Services team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on creating high‑quality textual content and annotating audio, image and video assets that feed Amazon’s machine‑learning pipelines. Candidates will work with internal tools, follow strict quality standards, and meet daily productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple annotation tasks on audio, image and video files using Amazon‑provided tools.
• Generate clear, concise written descriptions for multimedia content while adhering to grammar and style guidelines.
• Conduct quality audits and verification to ensure output meets internal standards.
• Track daily task progress, report status, and raise queries to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in data‑collection activities when scripts and instructions are supplied.
• Help test new standard operating procedures and provide feedback for process improvement.

Eligibility

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain confidentiality of customer data.

Skills

• Strong English communication and grammar proficiency.
• Basic data‑annotation capabilities for audio, image and video.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (preferred).
