Associate System Engineer – Enterprise Applications

About the role

We are looking for freshers with strong analytical reasoning, logical thinking, and solid computer science fundamentals to join our enterprise applications support team.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and troubleshoot application-level issues across enterprise environments.
• Monitor application health, logs, and performance metrics to identify and resolve problems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate incidents and drive them to resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, root cause analysis, and resolution steps.
• Support deployments, configuration changes, and environment management activities.
• Participate in rotational shift support including night shifts and weekend on-call duties.

Eligibility

• Strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of computer fundamentals
• Good problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

Skills

• Basic programming knowledge in Python, Java, or SQL
• Exposure to Linux or Windows server environments
• Understanding of client-server architecture and web application basics
