Akamai is hiring a Software Engineer to join their world-class IT DevOps Engineering team in Bangalore. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building scalable, maintainable code and developing automation solutions that drive global efficiency.

About the role

This is a phenomenal opportunity for Freshers (0-3 years experience) to work with a world-class IT DevOps Engineering team.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy robust applications to support various business stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application-related issues and bugs.
Collaborate with system operators to analyze and implement new technical requirements.
Ensure all code is written to be scalable, maintainable, and free of defects.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0 to 3 years of experience (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).

Skills

Exceptional Object-Oriented (OO) programming skills and strong competency in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
Familiarity with at least one OO language such as Java, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
