About the role

Accenture is hiring fresh graduates for a Health Operations New Associate position in Chennai. The role supports life‑sciences regulatory activities, handling electronic submissions, documentation and routine operational tasks within a structured, supervised environment. Candidates will work in rotational shifts and follow detailed process guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine operational tasks using established procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinate and maintain documentation required for global regulatory filings.
• Process electronic submissions such as original applications, CMC, ad‑promos, amendments, annual reports and SPL.
• Support lifecycle management of regulatory submissions and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors, adhering to quality and process standards.
• Work within a defined scope and report progress under close supervision.

Eligibility

• Any graduation degree.
• 0–1 year of work experience (freshers eligible).
• Process‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts as required.
