About the role

Acsia Technologies is seeking a Presales Specialist to support bid management, proposal development, and business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Review and analyse RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Technical, HR, and other teams to gather proposal inputs.
Prepare proposals, capability presentations, compliance matrices, and bid documentation.
Maintain bid trackers, proposal repositories, and documentation libraries.
Stay updated on solution offerings, product features, and industry trends.
Track leads and sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems.

Eligibility

MBA, MCA, B.Tech, or BCA degree.
6 months to 3 years of experience in a corporate technology support, sales coordination, or enterprise presales environment.
Baseline understanding of IT service bidding.

Skills

Technical curiosity and business analysis capabilities.
Analytical processing and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written English fluency.
Experience with CRM suites.
