Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Technology Adoption: Learn the advanced tech stacks, framework architectures, and programming systems utilized across Accuris’s comprehensive suite of enterprise applications.
• Solution Development: Design, code, write, and safely test programmatic solutions in a highly structured and time-bound environment for assigned modules.
• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers and tech leads to master internal code delivery pipelines, continuous integration setups, and industry best practices.
• Task Ownership: Take proactive ownership of sub-tasks under the guidance and knowledge sharing provided regularly by cross-functional squad members.

Eligibility

• Full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Minimum aggregate of 60% (or equivalent CGPA) in graduation degree.
• Minimum score of 60% marks in both Class X (10th) and Class XII (12th) examinations.

Skills

• Reasonable foundational programming skills in at least one modern language—ideally Python, Java, or Angular.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, clear communication, and smooth team cooperation attributes.
