About the role

Accenture’s Trust & Safety team safeguards online platforms by reviewing user‑generated content and testing AI systems. As a New Associate in Hyderabad, you will help enforce client policies, analyse multimedia content, and contribute to responsible AI practices, all while gaining exposure to cutting‑edge technologies.

Responsibilities

Examine user profiles, audio, video and text content to identify policy violations.
Classify, remove or engage with content according to client guidelines using designated tools.
Stay updated on client policies, generative‑AI limitations, and emerging moderation standards.
Investigate complex content issues and forward findings to the broader Trust & Safety team.
Design and run prompt strategies to evaluate large language models on sensitive topics such as medical and legal advice.
Collaborate with teammates to build best‑practice guidelines for responsible AI.
Participate in Accenture’s well‑being support program for the Trust & Safety community.

Eligibility

Graduates of any discipline from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
0–1 years of relevant experience (freshers welcome).

Skills

Content moderation and policy enforcement.
Understanding of large language models and responsible AI.
Emotional resilience and stress‑management.
Strong comprehension and communication in multiple languages.
Objective, bias‑free decision making.
High attention to detail, critical thinking and information synthesis.
