About the role

Accenture is hiring a Trust & Safety Associate for its Hyderabad office. The role focuses on reviewing and moderating user‑generated content, analysing AI model responses, and ensuring that all interactions comply with client policies and responsible AI guidelines. You will work closely with the Trust & Safety team to protect platform integrity while gaining exposure to cutting‑edge generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

Review, classify, and act on text, audio, and video content according to client guidelines.
Analyze user profiles and flagged content, escalating complex issues as needed.
Stay updated on client policies, generative‑AI limitations, and evolving moderation regulations.
Develop and run prompt strategies to test large language models on sensitive topics.
Assess model outputs for appropriateness, refusals, and required disclosures.
Collaborate with teammates to document best practices for responsible AI governance.

Eligibility

Graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch (any degree).
0–1 years of relevant experience or freshers with strong analytical mindset.
High emotional resilience and ability to handle objectionable content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and critical‑thinking abilities.
Active participation in Accenture’s well‑being support program for Trust & Safety staff.
