About the role

5C Network is looking for a full‑stack engineer to develop IRIS, its enterprise‑grade radiology operating system. Based in Bengaluru, you will own the production architecture, integrate hospital workflows, and bring AI‑enhanced features to live hospital environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement hospital integrations using HL7, DICOM and related standards.
  • Build real‑time worklists, routing, and role‑based permissions for clinical users.
  • Develop on‑premise deployments that stay reliable even when network connectivity is limited.
  • Integrate AI pre‑read models, create audit trails and feedback loops.
  • Ensure production‑grade observability, logging and uptime for critical clinical operations.
