About the role

10decoders is looking for a fresh graduate to join its AI development team in Madurai. The position offers hands‑on experience building AI‑driven features for healthcare and fintech products, with mentorship and exposure to modern cloud and data technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, code, and test AI/ML modules under guidance.
Prepare data, train models, and evaluate performance.
Integrate LLM or other GenAI APIs into application workflows.
Write clean, documented code and take part in peer reviews.
Debug and resolve issues in existing components.
Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and product teams to deliver features.

Eligibility

Graduated with a B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, or a related engineering branch.
Strong fundamentals in programming (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or a demonstrable willingness to learn.
Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and problem‑solving.
