Turing is an American AI-infrastructure and remote-engineering-talent company headquartered in Palo Alto, California. The company was founded in 2018 by Jonathan Siddharth and Vijay Krishnan, who had previously co-founded the discovery-search startup Rover (acquired by Revcontent), and operates one of the world's largest deeply-vetted networks of remote software developers.

Turing positions itself as an AGI-infrastructure company. Its offerings span Turing AGI Advancement, where the company provides advanced data, training, and evaluation services to leading AI labs to help post-train and reinforce frontier large-language models; Turing Intelligence, which builds custom AI products and applications for enterprise customers using a combination of in-house AI experts and the developer network; and Turing Talent, a software-engineering staffing service that matches enterprises with vetted remote engineers across countries and time zones. Customers reportedly include AI labs and large enterprises such as OpenAI, Google, Meta, and Microsoft, along with hundreds of growth-stage and mid-market companies.
