Tiket.com is an Indonesian online travel agency headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia that sells flights, hotels, trains, attractions, car rentals, airport transfers, and bus and ferry tickets to consumers across Indonesia and other Southeast Asian markets. The company operates a consumer website, mobile applications, and partner channels that integrate inventory from airlines, hotel chains, train operators, and tour and activity providers.
The company was founded in 2011 by Wenas Agusetiawan, Natali Ardianto, Mikhael Gaery Undarsa, and Dimas Surya Yaputra. Tiket.com grew into one of the leading online travel platforms in Indonesia alongside Traveloka and the Indonesian arm of Agoda. In 2017, Indonesian e-commerce company Blibli, part of the Djarum Group's Global Digital Niaga, acquired a controlling stake in PT Global Tiket Network, the legal entity that operates Tiket.com, and the company subsequently operated within the broader Blibli and EMTEK media ecosystem. Blibli, with Tiket.com as part of its travel segment, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in November 2022.
