FloBiz is an Indian neobusiness software-as-a-service company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The company's flagship product, myBillBook, is a mobile-first billing, accounting, inventory, and payments application that helps Indian micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises issue GST-compliant invoices, manage stock, track payments and credit, and analyse business performance, all from a smartphone or desktop browser. The firm was founded in 2019 by Rahul Raj, Rakesh Yadav, and Aditya Naik, alumni of leading Indian engineering schools who had previously held leadership roles at consumer-internet and SaaS companies. FloBiz acquired the myBillBook product in 2020 and has since grown the platform into one of the most widely used billing applications among Indian MSMEs, with reports of more than a million monthly active users and billions of rupees in transactions recorded each month. MyBillBook is offered in a freemium model with subscription-based premium tiers that unlock advanced features such as multi-user collaboration, custom invoice templates, integrated payments, e-way bills, and business reports. The platform supports multiple Indian languages and is positioned as a digital tool that small business owners can use without a background in formal accounting. FloBiz is privately held and has raised institutional venture capital from investors including Sequoia Capital India (now Peak XV Partners), Elevation Capital, Greenoaks Capital, BEENEXT, and Think Investments. The team is concentrated in the Bengaluru engineering, product, and growth hub.
