About Eurofins

Eurofins Scientific SE is a Luxembourg-headquartered international laboratory-testing and life-sciences services group founded in 1987 by Gilles Martin around the SNIF-NMR analytical technology developed at the University of Nantes. Today Eurofins is one of the largest bioanalytical-testing groups in the world, operating an international network of more than 900 laboratories across more than 60 countries and serving the pharmaceutical, food, environmental, agriscience, and consumer-products industries as well as governments. The Eurofins Group is publicly listed on Euronext Paris and is a constituent of the SBF 120 index. Its portfolio spans more than 200,000 validated analytical methods used to characterize the safety, identity, purity, composition, authenticity, and origin of products and biological substances. Eurofins also operates large clinical-diagnostics, BioPharma services, and IT/software-services businesses. In India, Eurofins Genomics India Private Limited — the entity referenced by this record's career page — has been incorporated since December 2004 and is headquartered in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The Indian business, formerly MWG Biotech Pvt. Ltd. and rebranded Eurofins Genomics India in 2009, provides DNA sequencing, oligonucleotide synthesis, gene synthesis, and genomic-services support for Indian and international research and diagnostics customers. Other Eurofins India entities support food, environmental, IT, and BioPharma services. Indian fresher hiring at Eurofins typically targets molecular-biologist, biotechnologist, lab-analyst, software-engineer (Eurofins IT Solutions), and quality-engineer roles, sourced through campus placements at Indian biotechnology, life-sciences, and engineering institutes.
