CARS24 originally began as an aggregator that bought used cars from individual sellers through inspection centres and resold them to dealers, and has since expanded into a full retail and financial-services proposition. The company runs more than two hundred branches and inspection points across India, an end-to-end consumer e-commerce flow for purchasing certified used cars with home delivery and a satisfaction guarantee, and a financing arm operated through CARS24 Financial Services Private Limited, a Reserve-Bank-of-India-registered Non-Banking Financial Company that offers vehicle loans and dealer financing.
