About the role

Zensar is seeking a Junior SQL Developer & DBA to join its IT team. The position is remote and requires at least two years of hands‑on experience in SQL development, database administration, and production support. The role involves building and tuning SQL objects, supporting ETL pipelines, and ensuring data reliability and security.

Responsibilities

Design, write, and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views and triggers.
Develop and maintain ETL processes for data movement and integration.
Conduct data analysis, validation and reconciliation tasks.
Create and manage database objects in line with coding standards.
Assist application teams with data extraction, reporting and troubleshooting.
