About the role

YES Bank is hiring a Trainee at its Santacruz office in Mumbai – a full-time, work-from-office role in credit operations.

Responsibilities

• Process credit sanction proposals in line with the bank’s internal policies and applicable RBI guidelines.
• Verify facility documentation and perform quality checks.
• Support monitoring of credit conditions and ensure accurate reflection in the operating tools and systems.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance discipline across all assigned credit operations tasks.

Eligibility

• Graduate from any discipline.
• Batch 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Attention to detail, basic understanding of banking/credit documentation, MS Office proficiency, and good written and verbal communication.
