Xylem is hiring a Graduate Engineer Trainee to work at their technology facility in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role is a premier engineering opportunity for B.E/B.Tech graduates with up to 3 years of experience in project engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform product sizing, selection, and comprehensive system structural designing.
• Prepare accurate 2D/3D CAD models and intricate manufacturing drawings using design software tools.
• Drive coordination activities for end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring compliance with delivery timelines.
• Prepare, review, and compile essential engineering submittals, trackers, and design document sets.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with regional, cross-functional, and multi-cultural enterprise teams across diverse time zones.

Eligibility

• Candidates must hold a 4-year full-time Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) from a recognized institute.
• High technical proficiency in using Creo Parametric Modeling is mandatory along with AutoCAD software knowledge.
• Sound foundational knowledge of mechanical system design, industrial applications, and component manufacturing techniques.
