Wissen Technology is seeking a Python AI Engineer to create and sustain AI‑driven finance solutions for global financial services clients. The position blends Python development, large language model (LLM) engineering, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to turn raw financial data into actionable insights. The role is full‑time, hybrid, and based in Bangalore, India, targeting professionals with 4‑6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Python services that ingest, clean, and transform structured and unstructured finance data.
Build end‑to‑end RAG pipelines, handling document ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, and vector search.
Develop AI agents and workflow orchestrations using LangChain and LangGraph.
Integrate LLMs with REST APIs, relational databases, and enterprise finance platforms.
Assess LLM outputs for relevance, accuracy, and hallucination mitigation, and optimise latency, scalability and cost.
Apply security, privacy and access‑control standards suitable for regulated financial environments.
Collaborate with product owners, data engineers and business stakeholders to deliver production‑grade AI features.

Eligibility

4‑6 years of professional experience in Python development and AI/ML product delivery.
Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or a related discipline (B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech).
Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical decisions independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
