Associate Analyst

About the role

Wipro is hiring fresh Associate Analysts for its Chennai office. The role focuses on providing technical and process support for banking‑related services, handling client transactions, resolving queries, documenting interactions and ensuring compliance with service‑level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage client transactions and maintain quality standards.
• Field incoming help requests via phone or email and record all relevant details.
• Document problem‑solving steps, outcomes and update the RAVE system.
• Resolve issues according to defined SLAs and escalate complex cases.
• Utilise internal knowledge bases and self‑help resources to aid troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update client‑facing documentation and identify recurring trends.

Eligibility

• Any graduate degree (B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, etc.).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Mandatory knowledge of Investment Banking (Loans) processes.

Skills

• Investment Banking (Loans) domain understanding.
• Client support and communication.
• Transaction management and documentation.
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Adherence to SLA and process compliance.
