IT Helpdesk Analyst

About the role

Verisk is looking for fresh graduates to join its Hyderabad office as IT Helpdesk Analysts. The role involves providing first‑line technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of Windows and Linux environments in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Log, prioritize and resolve user‑reported incidents through ticketing tools.
• Diagnose and fix problems related to operating systems, networking, and common applications.
• Maintain documentation of solutions and support procedures.
• Assist in setting up workstations, printers and peripheral devices.
• Collaborate with senior IT teams to escalated issues and system upgrades.
• Provide clear communication and status updates to end‑users.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP and OSI layers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
